PRINCIPAL HIGHLIGHT CONSTRAINS

The principal for the senior secondary school at the Sierra Leone Muslim brotherhood Mohammed Amran Swaray has in an exclusive interview with this medium highlighted constrains that could be in a way hamper the smooth running of the one shift system amongst others which he said his management has suggested to the government that the one shift system would not be materialized in the 2018/19 academic year. According to him he said that government had similarly agreed to such a proposal sighting on some of the pending challenges Principal Mohammed Amran Swaray said for the free quality education to yield dividend there should be an additional class room blocks and furniture that could accommodate the two[2] shift system. That is for both the junior and senior secondary school could be housed in one location. He said there is a need for government to look into the above issue before the dawn of 2018 as any increase in the turnout of pupils there would be a rippling effect to the teacher and pupil ratio.

Giving a mathematical tabbler, he affirmed, giving that there are twenty eight[28] class room blocks which invariably implies that the sierra Leone Muslim brotherhood has a short fall of twenty six[26] class room blocks that could accommodate the already flow of pupils. He furthered that the replacement of teachers and recruitment could also be seen as huge challenges in the effectiveness in the free quality education which is the new directions baby.
