The Founder and Overseer of Flaming Evangelical Bible Ministries, Bishop Abu Koroma, has demanded an unreserved apology from Audit Service Sierra Leone for submitting in its audit report on the management of Ebola funds for the period of May to October, 2014, that the Le150 million cheque donated by the Church was not honoured by the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank (SLBC).

Document of the World Bank Report No: 17737-SL on a proposed credit in the amount of SDR 19.8 Million (US$31.0 Million equivalent) to the Republic of Sierra Leone for the West Africa Regional Communications Infrastructure Project (APL 1A – Sierra Leone) under the First Phase of the WARCIP (APL 1) on 22nd December, 2010 has exposed serious anomalies that resulted to the World Bank suspending further withdrawals from the Project since 4th March, 2014.

Exuberant supporters of the former presidential flag-bearer of the main opposition Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) have been disseminating information around that their man is in the United Kingdom doing research in International Studies as a PHD candidate.

This news has been doing the rounds since Brig. (Rtd.) Julius Maada Bio travelled to the UK after the SLPP lost their petition against the November presidential election results at the Sierra Leone Supreme Court in 2013.
